Gregory Egger

Dr. Gregory Egger is currently a professor extraordinarius for landscape ecology at the Karlsruher Institute of Technology (KIT). He is also the company owner and managing director of Naturraumplanung Egger e.U. since 2017, and a scientist at the KIT – Department of wetland ecology. His research topics include vegetation, ecology and modelling of river and floodplain ecosystems; management of water bodies; vegetation and management of alpine pasture ecosystems; and management or protected areas and nature conservation.
